Robert founded Peace of Mind Services in 2001. He is a graduate of Pius XI High School and of MATC with a degree in Funeral Service. Robert and his children attend St. Augustine Catholic Church. Robert has four beautiful children; Joshua, Jennifer, Robert and Douglas. He is a proud grandfather of five grandchildren. He is an associate mem

She is a proud resident of the Merrill Park Neighborhood and enjoys spending time with her family and friends and gardening. Her dogs Gracie, a German shorthair pointer and Oakley a German wirehair pointer keep her active.

Robert is our main funeral support, you can frequently find him driving the funeral coach or greeting people during funeral services. He is currently pursuing his Funeral Services Degree at Milwaukee Area Technical College.

Douglas is our main office support, he takes great pride in helping families with insurance claims. He is currently pursuing his Funeral Services Degree at Milwaukee Area Technical College. When he is not working he enjoys spending time with his cats, Mia and Charlie family and friends.

Peace of Mind Funeral & Cremation Services was opened in January of 2001 by Robert F. Prostek. Our staff has over 50 years of service to families in our community. We are family owned and operated.
Peace of Mind’s Mission Statement is “To provide professional, affordable, dignified services to families throughout the State of Wisconsin.”
Peace of Mind was created to assist families in giving them an affordable option when making arrangements for funerals or cremations. By eliminating the high cost of operating a large funeral home, we are able to pass along substantial savings to the families we serve.
Arrangements can be made in the comfort of your home or at one our locations. Services can be held in your Church, Cemetery Chapel of choice, or at our funeral home, which is located at 5325 W. Greenfield Ave. Our funeral homes are conveniently located in Bay View and in West Milwaukee. Close to the airport, hotels, and has easy free way access.
